The Vehicle Loop Detector is designed to detect the presence and passage of vehicles. It features a reset switch that allows manual resetting during commissioning and testing, enabling the detector to re-tune the sensing loop for optimal vehicle detection. Selectable time settings allow the relay to be energized for either 1 second or 0.5 seconds. The relay can be configured to activate upon vehicle detection or when a vehicle exits the loop. Sensitivity boost function sets the detection level to maximum sensitivity, helping prevent missed detections of high-bed vehicles. Switch-selectable sensitivity provides four levels for flexible configuration to suit various installation conditions. Switch-selectable frequency offers four options to minimize interference between adjacent loops. A filter option introduces a configurable delay between vehicle detection and relay activation, which helps avoid false triggers from small or fast-moving objects. The permanent presence feature ensures continuous detection signal when a vehicle remains parked over the loop for extended periods.
