Screw caps (not shown in photo) are included. They are high quality, metal, and would work with heavy glass doors.The handle can be used with any shower door, including sliding and swing.Fitting Instructions - Easy fitting - Simply unscrew your old handle and refit your new handle in minutes.These shower handles are very simple to install and don't require any specialist installation, just you and a Phillips cross-head screwdriver.1. First, remove the old handles on your shower door. If the handles are designed the same as these then you'll need to locate some caps, usually on the side of the handle which is on the inside of the shower and pop them out. This can be tricky sometimes as they are usually a snug fit, therefore you might need to use a pin, needle or the tip of a pointed knife which is small enough to get in the crevice between the handle and the cap to prise it out.2. Now the caps are out, unscrew the screws. When you are doing this you'll want to be careful on the second screw that you undo as once that has been completely unscrewed, the handle will drop as nothing is supporting it. Therefore, we suggest that you hold the handle on the opposite side of the door while you unscrew the handle, this will mean you are holding one of the loose handles in your hand while the other handle is being supported by the screwdriver and screws which are going through the glass.3. Once the handles are off you will need to reverse the above process. Place the handle which doesn't have any external screw fixing holes on the outside of the shower door and place the other handle which the screws will go through on the inside of the shower door. Hold them in place and now screw the top screw in but don't tighten it completely as you'll want to adjust it afterwards slightly to make sure it is straight.4. Screw the second screw in, again not tightening completely as to allow for movement. Make sure the handle looks visually straight and then tighten the screws.5. Test the handle by opening and closing the shower enclosure door to make sure it doesn't move around and feels sturdy.6. Now, after you're happy all is good, push the screw caps in.
