The DDS module based on AD9850/AD9851 delivers clean, flexible waveform generation with the following features: - 70 MHz low-pass filter for improved waveform signal-to-noise ratio, delivering cleaner outputs. - Amplitude control via a pin (DA reference) for easy adjustment of output level to match specific applications. - Flexible rectangular waveform start: adjustable duty cycle by changing the reference input voltage with a variable resistor. - Stable and precise oscillators: AD9850 version uses a 125 MHz active oscillator; AD9851 version uses a 30 MHz active oscillator for reliable frequency generation. - AD9850 specifications: frequency range 0-40 MHz; outputs include 2 sine waves and 2 square waves; harmonic distortion can increase above 20-30 MHz; square wave frequency 0-1 MHz; choice of parallel or serial data input. - Size: 4.5 x 2.6 cm.
