Arkocápsulas® Maca, a formula with 100% plant-based active ingredients Maca is a perennial horticultural plant related to radish and watercress. It is cultivated in the Andean highlands of Peru and Bolivia, despite the harsh weather conditions found in these areas. Energizing and revitalizing, maca root is used in herbal medicine because it helps stimulate vigor and physical and intellectual abilities in both men and women. Recommended for ages 15 and up. Take 2 capsules daily, at breakfast, with a large glass of water. If necessary, the dose can be increased to 3 capsules daily.
