LSM6DSO 6-Axis Motion Sensor Module

This 6-axis (6DOF) motion sensor module implements the ST LSM6DSO IC, combining a 3D digital gyroscope and 3D digital accelerometer in a single surface-mount package. It supports linear acceleration measurement across ±2g, ±4g, ±8g and ±16g full scales, and angular velocity measurement across ±125, ±250, ±500, ±1000 and ±2000 dps. Designed for low-voltage operation (3.3 V typical, 1.62 V minimum), it offers flexible connectivity through SPI (≤10 MHz), I²C (≤400 kHz fast mode) and MIPI I3C SM interfaces — including main processor data synchronization and auxiliary SPI for OIS. Onboard features include pedometer (step detection and counting), motion and tilt detection, configurable interrupts (free fall, wake-up, 6D/4D direction, single/double click), a programmable finite state machine, and an embedded temperature sensor. The module uses a polycarbonate (PC) substrate for enhanced thermal and mechanical resilience.
