Description

Azuki in Bio Grain from Biocop is a nutritious vegetable with a high protein content. It is beneficial for the kidneys. Cooked with kombu seaweed, it helps regulate blood sugar levels. 100% azuki from organic farming. It is recommended to wash the azukis and soak for 6 to 8 hours with a piece of kombu seaweed. Simmer 1 measure of azukis with 2 measures of water, for 45-60 minutes. It can be taken with vegetables or combined with cereals. May contain traces of sesame, soy, gluten, nuts and lupins.
