This speed jump rope prioritises rotational fidelity and user-specific fit. It features a dual-ball-bearing rotation system inside 15 cm x 3 cm nylon-coated handles, paired with a 280 cm PVC-coated steel cable (approx. 120g). Rope length is manually adjustable by cutting and re-tying to match individual height (150–195 cm range).
