Description: It is a self-developed linear CCD module. The data of the linear array CCD module TCD1304 is collected by the single-chip microcomputer and output through the serial port or USB port. Application Scenarios: - It is used in optical experimental teaching in colleges and universities, low-light detection and spectral analysis, photosensitive detection, wire diameter measurement and position detection and positioning. - It has been used in optical laboratories for many years. Customers have reported that it works well. Functions & Parameters: - CCD chip: TCD1304 for Toshiba, pixel 8umx200um, total pixel 3648 and wavelength response range of 300nm~1100nm. - 5V power supply: only one USB to serial port module can meet the power supply and acquisition at the same time (USB to serial port module needs to be purchased separately). - The default baud rate is 921600. The baud rate can also be changed upon request. TTL serial port output can be easily changed to USB, RS485, RS232 and others, or communicate with other single-chip microcomputer and FPGA system. - Just send a read command to the module, and the module can immediately send the collected data to the upper computer. - The integral time of TCD1304 can be set using the command.
