Capacitance Ohm Meter Professional Measurement of Internal Resistance of Capacitor Capacitance Circuit Tester

It's a series resistor inside the capacitor, using 100 kHz to eliminate the 1/(2*pi*F*C) impedance. The impedance becomes low and we can then measure the actual resistance value in series. Using this theory we can measure whether the capacitor is faulty/damaged or in good condition. Our ESR meter only applies continuous current less than 15mV or peak to peak on a good capacitor;so we can use it as a circuit test. When repairing TV, LCD, sound card, etc., we can test the capacitor circuit whether it is good or not.
