Gas tank filling: Inflation should be performed from top to bottom and from high pressure to low pressure. It is recommended to chill the gas tank in a refrigerator for 30 minutes before inflation. Warning: Operation must only be conducted by qualified personnel and in compliance with applicable national safety standards. It is strictly prohibited to inflate MAPP gas or liquefied petroleum gas into flat gas tanks or cassette gas tanks. Inflation must be carried out outdoors. During the inflation process, non-gaseous components may accumulate at the upper part of the gas tank and can be released using the pressure release button (press for approximately 2 seconds before inflating). Note: The air valve must be closed when releasing pressure, and the device must be installed in the correct direction. This valve allows gas from multiple flat gas tanks to be collected into a single tank for reuse. It is compatible with cassette converters and other standard converters, enabling gas transfer between tanks. Connection orientation is flexible and does not depend on vertical positioning. The switch core is made of 58 copper for durability. The gas seal uses fluoroplastic O-rings, which are resistant to wear, chemicals, and extreme temperatures, ensuring reliable performance between -20°C and 250°C. The double O-ring design provides dual sealing: one for gas containment and one to prevent leakage. Gas cylinders may vary in type, but different gases must not be mixed. Always use the same type of gas. Tanks containing residual gas cannot be filled to full capacity, and new gas bottles are not intended to be filled to 100%. Two effective methods are recommended: First method: A simple and practical approach—chill both the source tank and the receiving tank in the refrigerator for 20 minutes without releasing pressure, then proceed immediately with inflation.
