All forms of the Patisserie series are made of the highest quality, health-safe thin steel, which is coated on both sides with a non-stick surface layer patented by Ballarini. This surface, called CORTAN, allows for stress-free baking without the risk of cakes sticking. It does not contain any substances harmful to health, in particular PFOA, nickel compounds or heavy metals. Production in the European Union, in the Italian Ballarini factory, guarantees that Patisserie products are safe for health and meet all quality standards. A classic form with a wavy edge, perfect for baking cakes and puddings. It comes in a size of 22 cm measured from the upper edge of the vessel. The product is not dishwasher safe.
