Simply put the TDS measuring device briefly in the water and you can read the exact ppm value on the large LCD display. Pure or reverse osmosis water has a value of 10 to 20 ppm. If the value is greater than 60 ppm, the filters must be exchanged. Tap water, unlike filtered water, has a conductivity of approx. 200 to 500 ppm.
