Unscrew the top cap and remove the filter funnel from the base. Fill the base with water up to the safety valve level, insert the filter funnel, add ground coffee without tamping, then reassemble. Heat over medium flame for 3 to 5 minutes until coffee is ready. Cleaning: The upper part is removable, and internal components are dishwasher safe. The aluminum body is best cleaned by hand to maintain its finish. Rinse all parts thoroughly with water and dry completely before reassembling. Note: A slight odor may occur during initial uses, which is normal. To reduce odor, clean the pot several times with water and odor-neutralizing substances such as tea or orange peels.
