POWERBALL WRIST TRAINING BALL Exercises through the ball allow you to strengthen muscles wrist and grip strength, thanks to the fact that it is not large in size, we can perform them everywhere. It can easily fit into a backpack or troba. It can also be extremely helpful during rehabilitation.

EXERCISES:
Finger Strength - PowerBall should be held firmly in the tips of the fingers. In this way, the muscles of the fingers are trained (except for the risk of overloading, because the rotor moves slower if the force that moves the PowerBall weakens).
Wrist - we make circular movements with the wrist, raising the pace. This is a good coordinating exercise. With the help of this exercise, the importance of improving wrist mobility can be improved. This exercise is very valuable in all types of sports that require wrist activity. Also very helpful in the treatment of “carpal tunnel syndrome”, as one of the forms of rehabilitation.
Overdone - we move the PowerBall rotor, but at the same time we try not to move the wrist. In this way, the force that moves the rotor must automatically come from the forearm. With the help of any other fitness device, you will not achieve such excellent cooperation of the forearm muscles.
Biceps - the rotor should be put into motion, hold the PowerBall on the open hand and move it left and right. This exercise is good for all types of sports where a strong biceps is required.
Triceps - with the arm straightened, the top side of the hand should move the rotor forward and backward. This exercise is good for all kinds of sports where strong triceps are required.
Shoulders - hold the spinning PowerBall in your hand while having your hand straight and facing sideways. This exercise is used to relax the area of the arm muscles and to some extent to relax the shoulder muscles.
Starting Powerball:
With the included cord: We place one end of the string in a small hole in the rotor. We wind the string slowly turning the rotor. To unscrew the PowerBall, we take it in one hand and pull the string vigorously with the other. We reverse and slowly move the wrist gradually increase the speed of the turntable.
Without string, with just your hand: PowerBall should be held with a stronger hand opening up. With the thumb of the other hand, with a strong movement, turn the rotor (towards the line on the rotor) or accelerate the rotor, e.g. o thigh, hand, thumb or some stable surface.
The idea is primarily to reach the right speed at the first stroke, and then turn your hand with the powerball so that the turntable is directed towards the floor. With slow, wide wrist movements, we increase the speed of the rotor.
