Suggested Use Take 1 capsule up to 4 times per day with water or juice, preferably on an empty stomach, or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional. Other Ingredients Potato starch, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and vitamin C (antioxidant). Vegetarian capsule consists of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and an aqueous-based enteric coating.Contains: Milk and soy (in trace amounts).No wheat, gluten, egg, fish/shellfish, or peanuts/tree nuts. Warning Keep out of reach of children. Suitable for vegetarians. No refrigeration necessary. Does not require refrigeration and best to store in cool, dry place. Avoid storage at temperature above 77ºF (25ºC).
