Includes: 1 x base drip tray and tapered cylinder. Non-stick and durable stainless steel poultry roaster is safe and sturdy, allowing you to focus on mouth-watering flavor and crispy, flavorful chicken. The vertical tapered cylinder holds the standing chicken for even roasting and crispy skin on the barbecue or in the oven. The grill collects soup and chicken fat. You can also grill vegetables on the grill at the same time. The cylinder can be filled with wine, juice, cider, sake or other liquid. Simply fill with desired liquid and place chicken on top. Chicken grill is heat resistant up to 572 F (300 C). Works on the smoker grill, it can even be put in your oven or slow cooker. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe. The tapered cylinder can be removed for easy cleaning in the dishwasher.
