The aromatic concentrate without alcohol of ROMPEPIEDRAS - LEPIDIUM LATIFOLIUM has been elaborated with plants of ecological cultivation and some of them coming from wild plants controlled in their collection, the extraction of the active principles has been done by means of the PAP technique - "PROTECTION ACTIFS PRIMAIRES" -, "non-destructive" technique that allows an extraction of all the active principles of the plants by means of a double alcoholic extraction and subsequent substitution of the alcohol by vegetable glycerin, without producing alterations in the quality of the active principles and consequently in their properties charities. The use of glycerin dates back to 600 BC, it is an organic compound that is found mainly in animal oils and fats as well as to a lesser extent in vegetables in combination with fatty acids. The glycerin used to obtain our extracts is vegetable, has a sweet taste, but is metabolized differently than sugar and does not raise blood sugar levels.
