Press and hold the power/wind speed button until the device starts (approximately 1.5 seconds). The wind speed will display as 1, and the temperature will show as "CO" (cold wind mode). Continue pressing the power/wind speed button to cycle to wind speed 2. 3. Tap the power button to turn the 650nm red light on or off. 4. Press the temperature button gently to cycle through temperature settings: 38°C (wait approximately 10 seconds), then 42°C. The temperature modes cycle through CO, 38°C, and 42°C. 5. Gently insert the earpiece into the ear and hold it steadily to allow air to flow freely into the ear canal. It is recommended to dry each ear for 1 to 2 minutes. 6. After use, press and hold the power button until the device turns off. 7. Clean the earpiece after each use with a clean cloth or alcohol wipe. 8. Reattach the dust cover for storage.
