Datalogic’s Magellan 1500i scanner is a high performance presentation scanner for a variety of applications including retail point of sale, pharmacy & customer service.
The addition of Digimarc Barcode decoding makes the Magellan 1500i scanner uniquely capable of handling both current & future scanning needs.
Uses a high performance megapixel sensor & custom optics to create a large reading area capable of reading at distances up to 25 cm & w/ 1D sweep speeds up to 1.5 m/s.
The consistent, comfortable illumination enables seamless reading of 1D & 2D bar codes from printed or mobile sources while reducing reflection & eliminating flickering that can cause operator discomfort.
Datalogic’s Motionix motion-sensing technology enables the scanner to intuitively switch into hand held mode when the device is picked up. This turns on an LED aimer, while ‘Green Spot’ technology provides good-read confirmation directly on the code.
