This is a hand-painted plastic figure set containing 6 individual and unique figures. All the figures are adults and are a mix of Railroad personnel and passengers. Two of the personnel are posed as if conducting maintenance tasks, with one overall-clad figure carrying a toolbox and walking to his next task. His colleague is carrying an oil or grease dispenser which he is looking to apply. One figure is configured as a Station Porter and is lounging somewhat nonchalantly against a luggage trolley. One old hand is seated and smoking a pipe whilst casting his expert eye over proceedings whilst engaged in that most important of tasks, namely, conservation of energy. The final two figures are a smartly dressed young couple, the lady is wearing a white dress whilst her beau is sporting a sharp grey suit and tie with matching trilby. This is an interesting and diverse set that could be used selectively by a modeller to populate a number of station and goods-yard related activities.
