Beluga lentils 500 g

Priméal beluga lentils are naturally black in color, these tiny lentils get their name from their resemblance to beluga caviar when cooked. Rich in protein and fiber. They can be eaten hot and are perfect in salads. Paired with grains, beluga lentils are a plant-based alternative to animal proteins. They can be used while sprouting (3 days). *The packaging received may be slightly different from the image on the product sheet. It is recommended to rinse and simply bring to a boil. Drain and then simmer for 20 minutes in water with herbs and kombu seaweed. May contain traces of gluten. For other traces of allergens, please contact us.
