Usage Instructions: 1. Install Batteries: Open the battery compartment, insert 2 x AA batteries, and press the [Power/Scan] button to turn on. Ensure batteries are correctly installed and the device is functioning normally. 2. Insert Memory Card: Insert the card into the slot. Important: Do not force the card into the slot, as this may damage the scanner and the memory card. 3. Format Memory Card: Press the format button. 'F' will appear on the LCD screen. Press the [Power/Scan] button to begin formatting. The memory card icon on the display will stop blinking once formatting is complete. 4. Set Resolution, Scan Format, and Scan Color. 5. Start Scanning: a. Lay the item to be scanned flat and place the scanner on it. b. Hold the scanner and press the [Power Scan] button to begin scanning. c. Move the scanner slowly and steadily with your hands for optimal image quality. d. Press the [Power/Scan] button again to stop scanning. 6. Connection Check: Connect the scanner to your computer to review the scan results.
