Installation steps Peel off the outer frame and remove it, being careful not to drop the glass. Take off the clock hands or the movement and adjust them. Buckle up the frame and re-start the clock. What should we do if the clock doesn't work? Check the battery. Please make sure the battery is in correct position and not run out. Check the clock hands. Please make sure they are parallel. If the pointers are loose or droop, you can disassemble the clock according to our installation steps. DO NOT rotate the clock hands directly as it will damage the movement.
