Unscrew the bottom cover of the iRobot, then remove the wheel. Repeat for both wheels. Step 2: Remove the old tire from the wheel module. Use a flathead screwdriver or similar tool to insert between the rubber and plastic, then pull the tire until the attachment points release. Optional: Use a hair dryer or heat gun to gently heat the tire area (use caution), which can expand the rubber and make removal easier. Step 3: Place the new tire over the wheel diameter and press down firmly to secure it in place. Step 4: Reinstall the wheels onto the robot.
