Granulated Green Clay External use of Cattier clay extracted in France, in environments protected from any contamination, has been chosen for its incomparable quality. Its properties have been improved by the action of the sun. Clay is used for masks and poultices. Absorbent, purifying and regenerating, it is especially suitable for the care of combination and oily skin. This clay is indicated to absorb and regulate excess sebum, eliminate toxins and impurities, revitalize the skin and stimulate cell renewal. It also has softening properties. It is recommended for the preparation of the clay paste: pour the desired amount of green clay into a glass or wooden container. Add a volume of spring water to fully submerge the clay. Let stand for about half an hour, then stir with a non-metallic spatula to make a smooth paste. In beauty mask: apply the clay paste in a thick layer on the face and neck avoiding the contour of the eyes and lips. Leave it on for about 10 minutes without letting the mask dry on the skin. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. Complete the treatment by applying a moisturizer adapted to your skin type. In poultice: Place the clay paste on a natural textile. Roll out the clay with a non-metallic spatula to a thickness of 2 to 3 cm. Place the poultice, leaving the clay in direct contact with the skin and holding it (without pressing too hard) with a bandage. If the poultice is applied to an irritated area, insert a light gauze pad between the clay and the skin. Leave the poultice for an hour. To remove it, remove a maximum of clay, if necessary by moistening it, then rinse the skin with warm water and pat dry. Crushed green clay is used alone or in combination with essential oils.
