Insert bills into the deposit slot and gently press the contact switch; they'll automatically be drawn into the safe (Note: very old or soft bills may not activate the switch). Turn the unlock knob. This switch won't activate without the correct password. The green light illuminates upon successful entry, indicating the safe's electronic keypad is ready. Four-digit electronic password protection; change your password for enhanced security and reliability. Set your own 4-digit code; the factory default is 0000. If you forget your password, remove the batteries for a few minutes to reset to factory settings. Spacious interior. Plenty of room to store not only cash, but also small valuables. To open: Enter your four-digit password (default: 0000). The green light will illuminate. An incorrect password triggers a red light and an audible "please try again" message. Turn the knob clockwise to open. The green light stays on for about 10 seconds, accompanied by a click as the door opens. If the door remains open for more than 10 seconds, the green light turns off, and a beep sounds every 20 seconds. Close the door to stop the beeping. Insert banknotes into the bill slot for immediate deposit and retrieval using your code. To change your password: Enter your current password (original: 0000) to open the safe. Press and hold the '*' button; the indicator light will blink. Enter your new 4-digit password within 15 seconds, then press '#' to confirm. The light will stop blinking. Note: If the new password isn't entered within 15 seconds, the process stops and must be restarted. Release the '*' button and close the door. Sound options: Enter your current password and open the door. Slide the switch (on the back of the door) left or right to select beep or voice prompts, then close the safe.
