Gas tank filling: Inflation is generally done from top to bottom, moving from high pressure to low pressure. It is recommended to chill the inflated tank in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before use. Warning: Operation must only be performed by qualified personnel and in accordance with applicable national safety standards. It is strictly prohibited to fill flat gas tanks or cassette gas tanks with MAPP gas or liquefied petroleum gas. Inflation must be conducted outdoors. During inflation, non-gaseous components may accumulate at the top of the tank and can be released using the pressure release button (press for approximately 2 seconds before inflating). Note: The air valve must be closed when releasing pressure, and the device must be installed in the correct direction. This valve allows gas from multiple flat gas tanks to be collected into a single tank for reuse. It is compatible with cassette converters and other standard converters, enabling gas transfer between tanks. Connection orientation does not matter and can be made in any position. The switch core is made of 58 copper for durability. The gas seal uses fluoroplastic O-rings, which are resistant to wear, chemicals, and extreme temperatures, ensuring reliable performance from -20°C to 250°C. The double O-ring design provides dual sealing—one to maintain internal pressure and one to prevent leakage. Gas cylinders may vary in type, but different gases must not be mixed. Always use the same type of gas. Tanks collecting residual gas cannot be filled to 100% capacity, and new gas bottles should also not be filled to full capacity. Two effective methods are recommended: Method 1: A simple and practical approach—chill both the source tank and receiving tank in the refrigerator for 20 minutes without releasing pressure, then connect and transfer immediately.
