Gas tank filling: Inflation should be performed from top to bottom and from high pressure to low pressure. It is recommended to chill the inflated tank in a refrigerator for 30 minutes prior to inflation. Warning: Operation must only be conducted by qualified personnel and in accordance with applicable national safety standards. Inflation of MAPP gas or liquefied petroleum gas into flat gas tanks or cassette gas tanks is strictly prohibited. Inflation must be carried out in an outdoor environment. During the inflation process, non-gaseous components may accumulate at the top of the gas tank and can be released using the pressure release button (press for approximately 2 seconds before inflation). Note: The air valve must be closed when releasing pressure, and the device must be installed in the correct orientation. This valve allows gas from multiple flat gas tanks to be consolidated into a single tank for reuse. The valve is compatible with cassette converters and other standard converters, enabling gas transfer between tanks. Connection can be made in any orientation. The switch mechanism features a 58 copper core for durability. The gas seal utilizes fluoroplastic O-rings, which offer resistance to wear, chemicals, and extreme temperatures, ensuring reliable performance between -20C and 250C. The double O-ring design provides dual sealing: one for gas containment and one to prevent leakage. Gas cylinders may vary in type, but different gases must not be mixed. Only the same type of gas should be used. Tanks containing residual gas cannot be filled to 100% capacity, and new gas tanks should not be filled to full capacity either. Two recommended methods: First method: A simple and practical approachchill both the source tank and the receiving tank in the refrigerator for 20 minutes without releasing pressure, then proceed immediately with gas transfer.
