Gas tank filling: Inflation should be performed from top to bottom, moving from high pressure to low pressure. It is recommended to chill the tank in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before inflation. Warning: Operation must only be conducted by qualified personnel and in accordance with applicable national safety standards. It is strictly prohibited to inflate MAPP gas or liquefied petroleum gas into flat gas tanks or cassette gas tanks. Inflation must be performed outdoors. Pressure release button: During inflation, non-gaseous components may accumulate in the upper part of the gas tank and can be released using the pressure release button (press for approximately 2 seconds before inflation). Note: The air valve must be closed when releasing pressure, and the device must be installed in the correct direction. Residual gas from multiple flat gas tanks can be collected into a single tank through this valve for reuse. This valve is compatible with cassette converters and other standard converters, enabling gas transfer between tanks. Connection can be made in any orientation. The switch core is made of 58 copper for durability. The gas seal uses fluoroplastic O-rings, resistant to wear, chemicals, and extreme temperatures, ensuring reliable performance between -20°C and 250°C. Double O-ring sealing system provides dual protection: one for airtight sealing and one to prevent gas leakage. Tanks may vary in type, but different gases must not be mixed. Always use the same type of gas. Tanks containing residual gas cannot be filled to 100%, and new gas tanks should not be filled to full capacity. Two effective methods: Method one: A simple and practical —chill both the source tank and receiving tank in the refrigerator for 20 minutes without releasing pressure, then proceed with inflation immediately.
