Clean any remaining residue from the wheel's outer edge before installing the new tire.2. Soak the new rubber tire in warm water for 35 minutes to soften it for installation.3. Begin installation on one side of the wheel by pressing one end of the tire firmly into the groove on the wheel's outer rim. Use a flat-head screwdriver to gradually work the tire into the groove, moving around the wheel carefully. Avoid applying excessive force to prevent damage to the rubber.4.
