Product Description:
L730-9Z is a long pressure sensor with 9 independent sensing zones, with N and 2 interface layout, independent leads for each sensing zone, 2 connected leads at the common end and one vacant lead, total 12 interface leads with 1.0mm spacing. the output resistance of each sensing zone changes accordingly to the external pressure of the flexible thin film pressure sensor.
The cushion pressure sensor consists of a polyester film with excellent overall mechanical properties, a highly conductive material, and a nano scale pressure sensing material. The bottom layer is a flexible polyimide film and a conductive layer laminated to it, and the top layer is a flexible film and a pressure sensing material laminated to it. The two are laminated by double sided adhesive and isolate the sensing area of the top and bottom layers. When the sensing area is under pressure, the lines on the bottom layer that are separated from each other conduct, and the output resistance of the sensing area changes accordingly with the different pressure.
