This product is mainly used to measure the thickness of non-conductive coating on metal surface. Built-in magnetic induction and vortex double principle probe, can automatically identify the measured metal substrate, only need to be placed on the measured surface, can automatically calculate the thickness of the coating. Digital LCD display with backlight, support display average, minimum, maximum, statistical number. With three probe modes, zeroing calibration, automatic temperature compensation algorithm, and units switch function.

Zeroing Calibration & Automatic Temperature Compensation Algorithm: In order to improve the test accuracy, it is suggested that the instrument should be calibrated. Automatic temperature compensation algorithm to ensure higher accuracy.
Measurement Objects: The tester is used for non-destructive measurement of coating and paint thickness, fast and accurate. It is used to measure the thickness of plated and coated plates on metals such as paint/chrome on steel, paint and anodic oxide coatings on aluminum/copper.
