Fold 3/4" on the edge of the exhaust wrap, fold 3/4" under the exhaust wrap and place on the pipe. This reduces fraying at the end of the cover.2. Make one full initial wrap around the pipe, roughly 3 to 4 times more around the pipe, secure with locking collar.3. Once the end is secured, continue wrapping the pipe, using a 1/4" overlay with each pass and maintaining tension on the exhaust wrap. 4. If the primary pipes become so close together, wrap multiple pipes as one. If the bend is less than 90 deg;, add about 8" of wrap; If the bend is greater than 90 deg;, add about 14" of wrap. And keep the same 1/4" of overlap. 5. On the final pass around the pipe, fold about 3/4" of wrap and tuck it under yourself. Then secure the last wrap coil with a lock.
