商品詳細

100A 1600V 3-Phase Diode Rectifier

This 3-phase rectifier module has overall dimensions of approx. 8 × 4 × 2.6 cm (3.15 × 1.57 × 1.02 in) and is built with a hybrid construction: durable plastic housing combined with internal metal support structures and a full copper base plate. It delivers rated 100A average forward current and withstands up to 1600V peak reverse voltage. Its design prioritises thermal efficiency via direct copper-to-heatsink contact, and mechanical consistency through standardised mounting geometry. The internal bridge stack uses vacuum + hydrogen protective welding to ensure clean, oxide-free metallurgical bonds between diodes and base—critical for longevity in cyclic-load applications. Widely deployed in industrial automation, remote control infrastructure, electrochemical power supplies (‘eliminator’ type), and precision CNC equipment requiring dependable AC-to-DC conversion.
