100mm Durable Diamond Grinding Cup

A 100 mm diameter diamond cup wheel intended for heavy-duty surface conditioning on UK construction and restoration sites. Built with a rigid steel core and sintered diamond segments, it offers stable performance at rotational speeds up to 12,000 rpm. The M14 arbor ensures secure attachment to most portable grinders sold in the UK, including those conforming to CE and UKCA marking requirements. Heat treatment enhances segment ductility without sacrificing hardness — improving resistance to impact damage from accidental contact with reinforcement bars or embedded aggregates. Compatible with concrete, granite, limestone, ceramic, clay pavers, and aerated blocks, it supports coarse profiling, intermediate levelling, and fine finishing stages — all using the same wheel type.
