商品詳細

12V 40PSI Dry-Run Capable Diaphragm Pump

Featuring an ABS enclosure, EPDM valve assembly and Santoprene diaphragm, this 12V DC diaphragm pump connects via a 3/8 inch barb port and includes either 2-core cable or European plug. It provides 1.0 GPM (3.8 LPM) flow and cuts off at 40 PSI (2.8 bar), drawing 4.0A under load. Operational temperature ceiling is 60°C (140°F), with 1.2 m (4 ft) vertical suction lift. Engineered for intermittent cycling, it delivers smooth flow regulation and quiet operation. Core protections include pressure-actuated motor shutoff, thermal overload disconnection and ignition-safe internal routing. Dry-run tolerance and self-priming ensure uninterrupted readiness — even after extended downtime or partial system drainage. Widely adopted in automotive auxiliary systems (e.g., spot-cleaning kits), RV onboard plumbing (potable, grey and limited black water), inflatable boat wash-downs, and mobile cleaning carts — where reliability, fluid versatility and ease of integration outweigh raw power metrics.
