商品詳細

1600V DC Bus Diode Rectifier Module

This diode rectifier module serves as a core component in photovoltaic DC bus management, providing anti-reverse functionality with 1600V reverse voltage capability and operation up to 150°C junction temperature. Its physical design features a rigid, fully compressed housing and copper plate base for optimal thermal transfer. Terminal configuration supports simple 2-input / 1-output wiring for string-level isolation. Measured leakage current remains ≤8mA under rated conditions, and insulation withstand reaches 2500V AC between conductive parts and mounting surface. Ideal for deployment in PV DC cabinets, bus bars, and hybrid inverter DC inputs where space, thermal control and long-term reliability are prioritised over cost-driven compromises. No additional heatsinking accessories required — direct mounting onto compatible aluminium surfaces suffices for nominal load conditions.
