192kHz ARC Audio Extractor

Precision HDMI audio extraction device built for UK and European home entertainment systems. Size: approx. 10.5 × 7 × 2.5 cm; mass: approx. 180 g. Rugged hybrid casing (plastic + metal) ensures long-term reliability and low electromagnetic interference. Input: eARC/ARC HDMI. Outputs: HDMI (audio-only, HDMI 1.4, 720p resolution), optical fibre (TOSLINK), left/right RCA, and 3.5mm headphone jack. Supports PCM, AC3, DTS, DD+, Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio. Full 24-bit/192kHz audio path maintained throughout. Power: DC 5V / 300mA via included USB cable (5.5 mm DC connector). Input format shown via responsive LED indicators. Enables interoperability between newer eARC TVs and older audio hardware — turning the TV into a central audio hub. Particularly useful in rental properties or multi-generational homes where upgrading every component isn’t feasible. Also functions as a compact audio switcher: route TV audio to different devices based on time-of-day or user preference — all without powering down or changing cables. HDMI output carries audio exclusively, preventing signal crosstalk in dedicated audio racks. CEC volume control has been validated across UK-specific TV firmware versions — including patches applied to Sky Glass and Virgin Media V6 boxes — ensuring stable operation where generic extractors often fail. Package includes UK-focused English manual covering HDMI version clarifications and common Freeview/Sky audio format behaviours.
