商品詳細

2 Pcs Underfloor Heating Flow Meter

Two brass flow-meter regulators for manual balancing of wet underfloor heating systems. Each unit has G1/2 straight BSP threading, 95 mm length, and weighs approx. 280 g. Constructed from lead-free CW617N brass compliant with UK WRAS and EU Drinking Water Directive (though not for potable use). Transparent polycarbonate sight window with etched metric flow scale (0–4 L/min). Rated for continuous operation at ≤90°C and ≤6 bar. Designed to be mounted on manifold outlets prior to screed pour or floor finish installation. Allows verification of flow symmetry before final handover — critical for compliance with Part L Building Regulations (UK) and DIN 4701-1 (Germany). Supports both single-zone and multi-zone configurations with independent loop tuning. Not compatible with pressurised expansion tanks exceeding 3 bar pre-charge, nor with aluminium oxygen-barrier pipes without isolation couplings. Requires isolation valves upstream for safe servicing.
