商品詳細

200A 1600V Glass Passivated Rectifier

Measures 95 mm length × 75 mm width × 40 mm height, with 5 mm mounting holes and four accessible terminals. Housing uses a combination of metal and plastic — balancing thermal conductivity and electrical isolation. Finish is black with silver-tone accents. Intended for permanent installation in single-phase rectifier circuits requiring high current and voltage capability. Supports 200 A average forward current and blocks up to 1600 V repetitive reverse voltage. All diodes are glass-passivated to maintain stable forward voltage drop and reverse leakage over lifetime, even under elevated junction temperatures and repeated thermal cycling. Deployed in precision instrument DC supplies, input rectifiers for industrial PWM converters, excitation circuits for traction and servo DC motors, primary rectification in telecom-grade switch-mode power supplies, and auxiliary DC generation in grid-tied and off-grid inverters.
