20A Bidirectional Motor Controller 6V-40V

This bidirectional DC motor controller accepts input voltages from 6V to 40V DC and supports continuous output currents up to 20A. Its core components include a high-endurance 20A relay and solid copper wiring terminals engineered for low-resistance conduction and efficient heat dissipation. Module power draw is exceptionally low: 0.6W under active no-load condition and only 0.1W when idle. All digital inputs use optocoupler coupling with low-level activation (signal detected below 2V), delivering noise immunity and safe separation between control and power domains. Directional response is rapid — 20ms for K1/K2 inputs — while SW1/SW2 respond within 50ms. Mechanical and electrical lifespan exceeds 150,000 cycles. Operation is intuitive and deterministic: applying a low signal to K1 drives the motor clockwise; applying it to K2 drives counter-clockwise. Both stop instantly when the signal ends — no software debounce or hardware latching required. No internal logic holds position or remembers last state, which enhances predictability in safety-critical or reset-sensitive applications.
