20A Triple-Surge AC Filter Board

This AC power filtering board supports universal input voltage from 110V to 250V AC (single-phase) and delivers stable output within the same range, with a rated load current of 20A. It features a robust shell-enclosed PCB design using high-reliability electronic components including three 20D561K varistors, two ceramic discharge tubes, two X2 capacitors (0.47µF each), two Y2 capacitors (275V, 3300pF each), two differential-mode inductors, and two common-mode inductors. The board implements triple-stage filtering — one differential-mode + two common-mode bidirectional filter stages — to suppress fast transient burst interference (kHz-range noise) and improve equipment stability. Its surge protection architecture combines varistors and discharge tubes in series: under normal operation the discharge tube remains open-circuit; during surge events it triggers first to short-circuit, allowing varistors to absorb residual energy — reducing leakage current, overheating risk, and fire hazard while significantly extending service life. Designed for industrial, commercial, and sensitive electronics applications where clean, stable AC power is critical.
