The pipe wall thickness should be above 2.5mm.<br> 2.Secure the pipe. The clamping cylinder should be lower than the pipe about 1cm. The pipe clamp must be securely fastened, and approximately tightened by one and a half turns.<br> 3.The threading head needs to be installed on the left side.<br> 4.Turn on the forward & reverse switch to rotate the machine forward and feed the thread.<br> 5.First press the power switch to start, then press the lock power switch. (Pay attention to hand position: the left-hand needs to push against the threading head, while the right hand should firmly grip the pipe.)<br> 6.Lubrication oil or machine oil must be used during the threading process.<br> 7.After completion, reverse the switch to retract the thread. (Please note that before the next threading, clean out the residual filings inside the die.
