24V DC High-Pressure Diaphragm Pump

Measuring 17 cm (6.69 in) long and weighing 657 g, this 24V DC diaphragm pump achieves 5.5 L/min flow and 0.9 MPa max pressure. Its housing is built from high-grade PPS polymer — rigid, dimensionally stable, and highly resistant to leakage under pressure. The diaphragm uses imported material certified for heat resistance (up to 100°C), and resistance to acids, alkalis, and general corrosion. The core drive is a high-efficiency permanent magnet DC motor with frequency conversion, designed for durability and consistent torque. An integrated intelligent pressure switch detects zero-flow conditions (e.g., fully closed valve or clogged nozzle), instantly cutting power to protect the motor; flow restoration triggers automatic restart. Threaded M18×1.5 mm ports suit 8–10 mm ID / 12 mm OD tubing. Wiring requires no polarity identification — simplifying field installation. Ideal for mobile or fixed installations where reliability and chemical compatibility matter.
