24V Digital Thermostat with LED Display

This digital temperature controller measures from -50 °C to 99 °C with 0.1 °C resolution and ±1 °C accuracy (within -50 °C to 70 °C). It operates on 24 VDC power, consumes less than 3 W, and features an integrated 1 m NTC sensor. The unit houses two independent 10 A, 220 VAC relays—one for heating, one for cooling—with front-panel dimensions of 75 x 34.5 mm and overall size of 75 x 34.5 x 85 mm (mounting cutout: 71 x 29 mm). Ambient operating temperature ranges from 0 °C to 60 °C; storage range is -30 °C to 75 °C. Relative humidity tolerance is 20–85% non-condensing. The controller supports dual-mode operation—switchable between heating and cooling—and allows precise regulation via user-set target temperature and adjustable differential. Built-in temperature calibration ensures long-term measurement consistency. Refrigeration output includes a configurable delay to prevent compressor short-cycling. An audible and visual alarm activates when temperature exceeds user-defined limits or if sensor failure is detected. All settings—including mode, setpoint, differential, and calibration offset—are retained after power interruption. Designed for reliability in demanding environments, it is widely used with incubators, freezers, water tanks, refrigerators, industrial chillers, steamers, and other temperature-sensitive equipment requiring stable 24 VDC control.
