24V to 12V 95% Efficient IP68 Step-Down Module

Aluminium alloy enclosure measuring 66 × 60 × 22 mm and weighing only 388 g. Designed as a non-isolated DC-DC converter for automotive and mobile 24 V systems. Input range: 15–40 V DC; output: regulated 12 V DC at 5 A / 8 A / 10 A (60 W / 96 W / 120 W). Achieves up to 95% conversion efficiency, minimising wasted energy as heat. IP68 certified — fully protected against dust ingress and submersion in water. Operating temperature: −40 °C to +80 °C. Protection features include output overcurrent, short-circuit, input undervoltage and chip high-temperature shutdown. Cables: red (input +), black (input −), yellow (output +); length 13–15 cm. No reverse polarity protection on input side — correct wiring essential. Natural convection cooling; no moving parts or external fans required.
