Then put the gel into the slot of the canine, so that you can stick the canine to your own teeth, and squeeze the gel into the gap between the teeth and the inside of the teeth by hand. This can make all of these into a complete and compatible alveolar. 4. Remove the socket and cool for a few minutes until the gel turns white. 5. Repeat these steps for the other canine. Please note that these alveoli can be used multiple times. Please note: Do not drink hot drinks when wearing braces.
