28-Piece Durable Kids Patch Set

This 28-piece iron-on patch set is built for durability and everyday UK family use. Designed for children aged 3–10, all patches are made from 100% polyester fabric and certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I — verifying absence of harmful chemicals and confirming suitability for sensitive, developing skin. Printing is executed at 600 dpi resolution, ensuring rich contrast and clean definition on all motifs, from fine-line botanical patterns to chunky cartoon characters. Each patch maintains a uniform 0.4 mm thickness and weighs approximately 1.2 g — supporting even heat distribution and consistent application pressure. The adhesive activates cleanly and fully between 145°C and 155°C, matching the operational range of UK domestic irons (230V) on cotton or wool settings. Success rates exceed 98% across five commonly worn UK children’s textiles: 100% cotton t-shirts, 95/5 cotton-elastane leggings, 100% polyester PE tops, mid-weight denim, and nylon-coated backpacks. To preserve bond integrity, follow simple care: turn garment inside out, machine wash at 30°C, and air dry or tumble dry low. Testing confirms adhesion remains intact for at least 12 documented wash cycles. In addition to personalisation, the set serves developmental and environmental purposes — easing transitions for children who resist scratchy labels, building confidence through achievable repair tasks, and helping families reduce clothing-related landfill contributions in line with UK net-zero household guidance.
