2Pcs Temp Resistant Safety Valve Set

Two-unit safety valve kit built specifically for electric pressure cookers sold in the UK and EU markets. Unit dimensions: Ø25 mm × H18 mm; net weight 24 g total. Core materials include heat-resistant thermoplastic elastomer (housing) and medical-grade silicone (seal), both selected for proven stability at 150°C and mechanical load resistance up to 120 kPa. Internal pressure-sensing element operates passively — no batteries or electronics — relying on calibrated spring compression and diaphragm deflection to initiate steam release precisely at target pressure. Designed for integration into standard exhaust pathways found on modern electric pressure cookers. Functions as a passive pressure limiter: opens only when necessary, closes fully once pressure equalises, and requires zero post-cycle reset. Not intended for use with stovetop pressure cookers, canners, or modified appliances. Recommended replacement interval: every 12–18 months under typical household usage (approx. 2–3 cycles/week), or immediately following any incident involving excessive pressure or visible damage. Used routinely for batch-preparing hearty meals (beef bourguignon, lentil dahl), gluten-free grains (millet, buckwheat), and hygiene-focused tasks like sanitising reusable menstrual products or cloth wipes — all benefiting from stable, hands-off pressure management.
