2x 7056 Check Valve Cover Flapper Kit

Two ready-to-fit 7056 check valve covers with integrated flapper assemblies, supplied as matched pairs for coordinated replacement across dual-line configurations (e.g., main drain + skimmer feed). Each cover is injection-moulded from reinforced polypropylene with a flexible flapper membrane bonded to a rigid support frame — delivering balanced stiffness and resilience under repeated cycling. Compatible with spring-loaded check valve bodies commonly found in Zodiac and Jandy filtration systems installed in UK homes since 2010. Designed to interface with standard M60 × 1.5 threaded valve ports and conform to EN 13445-compliant pressure containment expectations for non-hazardous fluid control. Installation restores positive shut-off behaviour: flapper lifts cleanly under forward flow, then settles flat against the sealing surface without bounce or chatter — minimising wear and audible noise during operation. Recommended for use in heated pools, saltwater systems, and automated chemical dosing loops where backflow could compromise dosing accuracy or heater safety controls.
